offers a furnished and
fully equipped accommodation that your family or group
can enjoy. Originally these homes were used by the
families of the naval service members assigned to
the Subic Bay Naval base. Now they are the homes of
foreign workers of the Subic Bay Freeport zone, SBMA
officials and senior employees, as well as other individuals.
A small number of these units are available on a daily
and monthly rental bases. Experience an American style
suburban living in clean and safe environment. Each
home has Centralized AC Unit with fully equipped Kitchen,
Cable TV, Hot and Cold Water. While the four bedroom
homes are set up for 8 people they can accommodate
10. With the cost of the house spread over a number
of people it becomes a very
good price. The fully equipped kitchens would allow
the group to prepare some meals themselves, there
by lowering the overall cost considerably. The area
is comfortable in a park like setting. A swimming
pool is nearby and tennis courts. The area is a distance
from the main area of the Subic Bay Freeport but bus
service is available. |
